Terms of Use

Effective date · 17 July 2026

Publisher: Renovatio Software — Camilo Meneses, Nariño, Colombia · support@renovatiosoftware.net

These Terms are an agreement between you and Renovatio Software ("we", "us"). By using Setvault you agree to them. This agreement is with us, not with Apple or Google.

1. Your licence

We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use Setvault on devices you own or control, for your own coin-collecting use.

2. The catalogue is factual data — provided "as is"

Setvault's catalogue (series, years, mints, mintages, specifications) is compiled from public-domain sources and offered for reference. To the extent permitted by applicable law, it is provided "AS IS", and we do not warrant that it is complete, accurate, or error-free. Some figures are estimated or not recorded, and are labelled as such in the app. Numismatic sources sometimes disagree; where they do, the app says so.

3. Not investment, financial, or appraisal advice

Setvault is a cataloguing tool. Its data is not investment, financial, tax, or appraisal advice, and is not a valuation. Do not rely on it to buy, sell, insure, or value a coin. Verify anything important with a qualified professional and primary sources before acting on it.

4. Your content stays yours

Your photos, notes, prices and collection are yours and stay on your device (encrypted). We do not access them. You are responsible for your own backups: export a .setvault file and keep it somewhere safe. We cannot recover a backup passphrase you forget.

5. Purchases

The Full version is a one-time purchase. Billing and refunds are handled by the app store you bought from; see our Refund Policy. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

6. Acceptable use

Don't reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse the app beyond what the law and the store's terms allow, and don't use it to infringe anyone's rights.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Setvault is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses arising from reliance on the catalogue's data. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law. Where such law applies, these disclaimers apply only to the extent that law allows.

8. Apple and Google

Where you obtained Setvault from the Apple App Store, this agreement is between you and us only; Apple is not a party and is not responsible for the app or its content, and Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms. Where you obtained it from Google Play, Google is not responsible for the app under any end-user licence terms. Any claim about the app is directed to us, not to the store.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; we will revise the effective date and, where required, notify within the app.

10. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of Colombia, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. Contact: Renovatio Software — Camilo Meneses, Nariño, Colombia · support@renovatiosoftware.net.
