Setvault is a one-time purchase — the "Full version" unlock, a non-consumable product. There is no subscription and no recurring charges. Because your purchase is handled by the app store, refunds are handled by that store.
If you bought on the Apple App Store
Apple manages all refunds for App Store purchases. We are not able to issue refunds for purchases made through Apple. To request one:
- Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, and choose the purchase.
- Or follow Apple's instructions at support.apple.com ("Request a refund").
If you bought on Google Play
- Within 48 hours of purchase, request a refund directly from Google Play (Play Store → your purchase → refund), which Google processes automatically in most cases.
- After 48 hours, contact us at support@renovatiosoftware.net and we will review your request in good faith, in line with this policy and applicable law.
Your statutory rights (EU / EEA / UK and elsewhere)
Nothing in this policy limits the consumer rights you have by law. In the EU/EEA and the UK, purchases of digital content may carry a right of withdrawal (a "cooling-off" period), subject to the legal exception that applies once the content is supplied with your prior consent. The app store manages that consent and refund flow at purchase; your statutory rights remain unaffected by this policy.
