Common questions

How do I back up my collection?
In Settings → Export, Setvault creates a single encrypted .setvault file. Save it wherever you trust — your phone, an external drive, or a cloud folder you control. Basic export is always free.
How do I restore a backup or move to a new phone?
Install Setvault on the new device and use Settings → Import, then choose your .setvault file. Everything comes back, photos included. You'll be asked for the passphrase you set when exporting.
I paid for the Full version but it isn't showing — how do I restore it?
Use Restore purchase in Settings, signed in with the same Google account you bought it with. Setvault confirms your Full version status directly with Google Play. If it still doesn't appear, email us with your order number.
What's free, and what do I get for $19.99?
The Washington Quarter — 50 State Quarters album (1999–2008, 100 slots) is free, so you can explore the whole app before paying anything. The one-time $19.99 Full version unlocks the other nine U.S. series (the full catalogue below), plus all eight leather bindings and themes, collection statistics, and advanced export (CSV + full-res photos). One payment — no subscription, no ads, every future update included.
Which coins and series are included?
Setvault launches with ten United States series: Washington Quarter — 50 State Quarters (free, 1999–2008), Lincoln Cent Wheat (1909–1958), Lincoln Cent Memorial (1959–2008), Buffalo Nickel (1913–1938), Jefferson Nickel (1938–2003), Mercury Dime (1916–1945), Roosevelt Dime (1946–2000), Washington Quarter (1932–1998), Kennedy Half Dollar (1964–2023) and Morgan Dollar (1878–1921). More series are on the way — tell us which one you'd like next.
Is my data safe if I lose my phone?
Your collection lives encrypted on the device, so keeping a recent .setvault backup is what protects you. With that file you can restore everything on a new phone. We can't recover data for you, because we never have it.
I have a feature request or found a bug.
We'd love to hear it. Email support@renovatiosoftware.net with a short description (and a screenshot if it's a bug). Requests from collectors shape what we build next.
